Standard decor items typically ship within 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces, please allow 2-4 weeks for specialized white-glove delivery to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.

What is your return policy for home goods?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, NAP Living ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.

Are your textiles and wood products sustainably sourced?

Yes, we prioritize ethical craftsmanship. Our textiles are OEKO-TEX certified, and our wood furniture is crafted from FSC-certified timber or reclaimed materials whenever possible.
